Search for: "steamsteamappscommongrand theft auto vice city" and then try to run the .exe in compatibility mode with windows xp. if its still not working, i dont have any other idea :d well there is a file called testapp that i can play the game with. but i want to be able to open it with steam launcher.. Do note that original gta vice city is not available over google play store, so you will have to download gta vice city apk mod file from above and then install it manually on your android device. we have also posted about the obb file so you don’t miss anything in the game without playing it.. Hey guys, i want to install an apk of gta vice city just for test the compatibility and if the game run smoothly, good, etc... but when i start the game, i'm stuck on black screen, i can listen sound of game (i can touch options menu like options, run the game, etc) but the screen still black !!. If your starting up vc for the first time there shouldn't be any files in the "my documentsgta vice city user files". delete the directory and re-run vc. that did it for me..
