The Takayanagi Miluira Retro EV is a throwback to the 1920s. The 770-pound Japanese one-seater, with a top speed of 37 miles per hour, is meant to be a city car. The lead acid batteries will give it a range of about 22 miles. With a price tag of $75,000 and retro batteries, the Miluira will most likely appeal most to collectors.
